Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Not Today, an iOS app made by Arkadii Grebennikov, an independent developer based in Valencia, Spain. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

Not Today lets you log daily habits and shows you an estimate of how much time you gained or lost, based on published population-level research about those habits.

This is not medical advice. The numbers are illustrative estimates, not a clinical assessment, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction of your lifespan. They do not account for your medical history, genetics or conditions. Do not use the app to make medical or financial decisions. If you have questions about your health, talk to a qualified doctor.

Your account

Logging habits, viewing your statistics and using the widget all work without an account. An account, created through Sign in with Apple, is only needed for shared challenges with other people. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you can delete it at any time from Profile.

Not Today Plus subscription

Not Today is free to use. Not Today Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks AI-powered logging, Siri input and unlimited challenges.

Plans: Monthly (1 month) and Annual (1 year).
Free trial: The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you have already used the trial, you will be charged immediately.
Price: The exact price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm, and on the App Store product page. Prices vary by region and may change; any change is shown to you before it takes effect.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Managing and cancelling: You manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Settings under your Apple ID, or in the App Store app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period continues until it ends and is not refunded pro rata.
Free trial and purchase: If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of that trial is forfeited.
Refunds: Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights still apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Do not try to break, reverse-engineer or overload it, or work around the subscription.
Do not submit other people's personal information through the AI logger.

AI features

Plus includes turning a plain sentence into structured entries. That text is sent to OpenAI for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong: it may misread quantities or miss things entirely. Always check what it logged, and correct it if needed.

Your content

What you log stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. The app itself, its design and its code remain ours.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We will avoid removing something you are paying for without notice, and if a paid feature goes away for good, you may cancel and Apple's refund policy applies.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for decisions you make based on the estimates the app shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting your account and removing the app. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
